Yay - exciting news revealed :)

Since today is June 1st, I can finally reveal my top secret of the last cpl. of weeks!!!!

Long time and exciting news!!!!!

OMG - cannot believe that I've neglected my blog for so long...

So much happened since my last entry. First week of May I took Hannah and my parents on a vacation on a farm in Bavaria (hubby stayed home and painted the kitchen walls :) ). Hannah totally enjoyed the week we stayed in Steibis. My parents and I went there for the first time when I was 8 years old and it was pretty cool to see it again. Not so much changed in the past years and I still get the feeling of an ideal world, when staying there. No hurry, no noise, no stress.

And I have some VERY EXCITING NEWS!!! But I cannot share them with you right now :( You have to wait until June 1st - but then I will reveal the secret ;)

Oh, and I have so much to do right now, as I am preparing for our next vacation :) We will be visiting Spain from June 2nd until June 14th. Cannot wait to get there and have lots of time to relax and "charge my batteries". But before I can relax and soak up the sun, I have to work, run some errands, wash the cloths, pack and hope that I thought of everything important... LOL

Update and A Beautiful Day

Hello everybody,

I hope you all had wonderful Easter and/or a good Pessach (passover)! We had lots of fun with Hannah hunting for eggs all over my parent's garden :) Gladly, Hannah and I recovered from a bad abdominal influenza just right before Easter, therefore, nothing could hold her back from running up and down, forth and back...

The weather here is just phenomenal. No clouds in sight, just blue skies and sun... This so is not fair that I had to work today and tomorrow... LOL

Yesterday, I found some elder photos of Hannah, when we were at my eldest brother's wedding in 2007. Hannah looked so cute in her elegant, fancy dress. I just had to scrap one of the photos right away.

Hannah discovers our garden fauna

Hi everybody,

We had an awesome sunny day today! Hopefully, Spring is finally here and the weather will get warmer. I am REALLY soooo READY for SPRING LOL

After I picked up Hannah from Kindergarten, we drove to my parents' garden to enjoy the sunny afternoon together. Hannah always loves to spend time outside. She had so much fun running around, looking for the first blooms and buds growing everywhere and digging in the ground. She found an earthworm and loved to let it crawl over her fingers and hands. I have had the chance to snap some cute pictures of her, holding the worm.







And here is a picture of last week, when she enjoyed bouncing with her hopping ball :)




Oh, I cannot wait to have all these shots scrapped :) I hope to have the first layouts ready this week...

My week in a nutshell

Hello everybody,

This week went by sooo fast. Can you imagine it is already mid-March???
On Monday, Hannah invited a friend over for playing. I picked them up after Kindergarten and brought them home. I worked my tails off to have them entertained. 4 year olds with attitudes - what more should I say... LOL

Yesterday, after months, I got my hairs cut and colored YAY!!! I cannot believe that I did not find time to get this done earlier - last time was in September... Fortunately, my hairdresser Renate visits me at home and she also cut Hannah's hair. It was so cute: when Renate asked Hannah how she would like to have her hair cut, Hannah responded: I want to look like my Mommy... Awwww.

There is no Kindergarten today. Unfortunately, I noticed this fact no more than a day ago... As Hannah is invited to a Birthday Party tomorrow, I have to take her now with me, when shopping for the gift... You know, what I am talking about, when taking your own child shopping for another child's gift, right??? Wish me luck :)

Flea Market and new products

Hello everyone,

I am totally exhausted from packing boxes and sorting things... On Saturday, we will have a flea market/garage sale at Hannah's Kindergarten. I have tons of clothes, toys and some stuff like diaper genie, stroller, etc. which I hope to sell there. Some of the money goes to the Kindergarten for some stuff they want to buy. I am happy, as Hannah isn't as sad as last time, when she realized, that some of her toys will be sold. But still: she monitors every little piece that is in the boxes for the sale - I really have to check, if some of the stuff magically shows up in her room again LOL
